A Light

Please take a moment to relax and enjoy this melody, and take this time to thank Jesus for being our light in the time of storms and trouble.

We live in a world of unbelief and dismay. A world robbed in darkness that seems to have lost the ability to determine right from wrong. A world that hungers for something solid to hold on to, a light in the darkness, something to fill an empty cavern that has been dredged by doubt and confusion, to satisfy a hunger of which nothing has been able to satisfy, and quince a thirst that drives them from well to well only to find it empty or poisoned by lies and empty promises.

A world that cries.....

I Need Help!

Please Send

My Help!

I can never forget the sound of a father holding a dying child as he calls for help.

I can never for forget the tears of a mother as she holds the body of her lifeless 18 month old daughter. The fears, anger, hurt and disappear that she feels as her child slipped away into eternity.

Where is my help?

Who will help me?

Please someone stop and help me!

That is the cry that sounds out across the land time and time again, and it seems that no one hears the cry.

In Psalms we see that David needed help. Here is a man that had lost a child, people sought to take his life and take his role as King of Israel.

Here is what David did.

Psalms:120:1  "In my distress I cried unto the LORD, and he heard me.

In my distress,

In my time of sorrow,

In my time of weakness,

In my time of death,

In my time of no money,

In my time of no job,

In my time of fear,

When I did not know where the next meal would come from,

In my distress.

I cried unto the LORD,

and he heard me.

and he heard me!

When it seems no one can do anything to help David said;

Psalms:121:1  "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. "

Psalms:121:2  "My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth."

My help, your help, our help comes from the Lord which made heaven and earth.

Which made Heaven and Earth!

The one that made Heaven and earth is the one that can change any situation no matter how desperate. In time of distress turn your eyes to the Lord our God and he will provide comfort, He will make a way where there seems no way.

1Corinthians:10:13:

"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it."

What a wonderful promise we have. He will make a way of escape, that you will be able to bear it.

To know this God, this Lord, this Jesus. To know that He is there when you call, waiting for you to lift your eyes to Him and ask; Please help me!

Do you know Him? Would you like to know Him? It is so simple, there is no magic formula, no complicated ritual.

God gave us His plan of salvation in Acts 2:38

Ac:2:38: Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Repent : Ask God to forgive you of your past sins.

Be baptized in Jesus Name for remission of sins.

And you will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Acts 2:39

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

The decision is yours. God is waiting for you to make the next move. This tract didn*t find it*s way to your hand by chance. God is reaching for you with an out stretched hand.

Here is your help.
